The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    We only ask that you provide a vaccum, we prefer not to cross contaminate with dust and dander between houses. If you have any specific cleaning products you prefer used in your home please leave them out for us.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not wash windows. We will dust and clean the inside of your windows if you schedule a deep clean.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a small $25 fee charged.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel we ask that you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Otherwise we will charge a $25 cancellation fee the day of your appointment.

Perfection Cleaning Services was started by Jessica in 2019. Growing up in Military household cleanliness and perfection in household chores was of the utmost importance. Finally, after running operations for a successful cleaning company, she felt ready to take her passion and skillset to the Las Vegas market.
